This is a cottage that we did in Shaplieh, Maine. As you can see, the cottage was in major need of
attention. The job called for extensive scraping/wire brushing/sanding before using an oil based primer.
This was about a 70% prime. We then applied two coats latex solid color stain to body of house while the
trim received two coats of latex house and trim paint. The foundation was also painted using a latex
paint designed for masonary application. There were also broken window glass to replace and reglaze.
